50 Home Outline planning Refused

As many of you know Langton Homes, who have permission to build 18 homes along Cold Overton Road, have also submitted an outline planning application for a further 50 homes on the field next door.

Last night the RCC Planning Committee considered the 50-home application and voted 5:4 to refuse it
